William Saliba - knock

Arsenal defender William Saliba (24) is set to undergo additional medical testing after missing Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Chelsea due to an undisclosed injury. The Frenchman was a late scratch from the matchday squad after reporting discomfort following a training-ground knock.
