Ayden Heaven

Manchester United defender Ayden Heaven (19) suffered an injury scare on international duty after going down in the opening minute of England Under-20s’ 1–0 defeat to Switzerland at St. George’s Park.

Despite the early knock, Heaven was able to continue through the first half before being substituted at half-time.
