Tyrone Mings - hamstring
Aston Villa defender Tyrone Mings (32) is set to spend several weeks on the sidelines after picking up a hamstring injury during Saturday’s 2-0 loss to Liverpool. The centre-half pulled up in the 74th minute while chasing Mohamed Salah and was forced to leave the pitch clutching the back of his right leg.
Head coach Unai Emery confirmed after the match that Mings is expected to be out for “some weeks,” though the full extent of the injury will be determined following further tests. The setback comes shortly after Mings returned from a foot injury that had already kept him out for three weeks earlier in the season. (Source: The Athletic)
