Jaka Bijol - suspension
Leeds United defender Jaka Bijol (26) of Leeds United is suspended for Gameweek 1 of the 2025–26 Premier League season.
Bijol received two yellow cards in Udinese’s final Serie A match of the 2024–25 season.
His one-game suspension was declared on his International Transfer Certificate (ITC) when he moved to Leeds. Under FIFA regulations, this suspension must be enforced by The FA in England.
He will therefore miss Leeds United’s opening match against Everton on 18 August 2025, and will be ineligible for that fixture only (Source: Graham Smyth, Yorkshire Evening Post).
