Chelsea striker Liam Delap (22) suffered a hamstring injury during Chelsea's match against Fulham on Saturday 30 August. He pulled up in the first half while chasing a ball and was substituted off. Chelsea will assess the severity. (Source: GROK)

Update Tuesday 9 september 2025

Delap faces around 10 weeks out with a hamstring injury sustained against Fulham on August 30. He is expected back in training in November, with a return to action shortly after the festive period. No surgery is required, but he will miss at least 11 matches, including Champions League ties and key Premier League clashes with Liverpool and Tottenham. (Source: David Ornstein, The Athletic)
