Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta (28) is hopeful of making the squad for Sunday’s clash with Manchester City after dealing with an knee injury.

Mateta was left out of the squad for Palace’s 3-0 win against Shelbourne in the UEFA Conference League in Dublin on Thursday night.
